This position will be responsible for the business development function at Selecta including strategic business opportunities, product opportunity analysis, market analysis, partnerships, in-licensing, and out-licensing. The successful candidate will be part of the senior management team and help direct the business strategy and direction of the company. Generation and execution of a successful partnering strategy will be a main element of the position along with support from a market and opportunity analysis standpoint for Selecta internal development programs. The successful candidate will provide leadership and take responsibility for the planning, execution and implementation of strategic business objectives.
S. or B. Eng., advanced science degree preferred, MBA desirable
Minimum of 7 years experience in business development in the life sciences field with a demonstrated deal record. Title and compensation will be commensurate with education and experience.
